Everything worked perfectly. Pick-up and drop-off were well prepared, uncomplicated and focused on the essentials. The vehicle was in very good condition and there were no problems until the end.

Four of us (four adults) travelled from Vancouver to Calgary in the camper. The pick-up and drop-off were very easy and uncomplicated. The vehicle itself was in good condition. Only the flap of the toilet outlet did not close properly, which was not nice for the disposal of the contents. Everything else worked perfectly. We would do the same trip again.

Unfortunately, the vehicle was already 7 years old and correspondingly worn. It did what it was supposed to do, take us from A to B. However, the vehicle is basically good and can be recommended.

We rented a C-25 from Cruise Canada (CC) for a good three weeks. We picked it up in Vancouver. The briefing was rather lacklustre on the part of the rental company and we had the feeling of "take over quickly and then leave the yard". The cutlery was just about acceptable and a fitted sheet would be more appropriate for a synthetic leather mattress because the sheet provided constantly slipped on the smooth mattress surface. The basic equipment does NOT include a toaster or coffee pot. We bought the toaster and coffee pot ourselves at Walmart for a small amount of money. CC could do a lot more for the tenant with very little effort. There were also no wheel chocks, so you can't level out any unevenness on the campground. Here too, simple wooden chocks would be a good help. At the risk of a tenant not returning them, CC could then fall back on the rental deposit. Here too - little more effort for a significant improvement in vehicle utilisation. Then the towels! They spread the moisture around more than they dry or absorb it. This applies to both the towels for personal use and the towels for the crockery. Here, too, you get the feeling that money is being saved at the wrong end. There are a few small things on the list of shortcomings, but they could bring about a significant improvement in everyday life with the vehicle if these shortcomings were rectified. We have often rented motorhomes in North America. The competitors charge slightly more, but pay close attention to the aforementioned little things. We have now rented a C-25 from CC and Cruise America, but would go back to other providers in the future, as their offers may cost a little more, but they also think about the "little things" mentioned above.

Unfortunately, there was damage to the water pipe to the shower, even though the vehicle was new. It cost us a good day because we had to return to the centre in Vancouver. The costs for the ferry and one day's cancellation were reimbursed to us without any problems.

The handover times for collection (15 minutes) and return (5 minutes) were very short. Days later we realised that the Blackwater seal was leaking. Cruise Canada was very accommodating when we returned the vehicle. It was a new vehicle with 6000 kilometres on the clock. We travelled approx. 4000 km with 3 people. The price-performance ratio is fine. Rental period: 26 days
